Dodd Introduces Himself

Even though Chris Dodd served as a Democratic Congressman from Connecticut from 1975 until 1981, a U.S. Senator from 1981 until the present, served as general chairman of the Democratic National Committee from 1995 to 1997, and announced his bid for the White House on the Don Imus radio show back in January, he has decided to introduce himself.

Much more than a day late and a dollar short.

I was taken aback by Dodd's claim to be the only veteran among the Democratic presidential. It's true, if you don't consider Mike Gravel a candidate. Dodd served in the U.S. Army Reserve from 1969 until 1975.
